General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Le Jardin Secret Cannes

1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions applicable to the privatization of Le Jardin Secret, located at 2 rue des frères, 06400 Cannes, for the organization of private or professional events.

2. Reservation

All requests for privatization must be accompanied by a personalized proposal followed by a signed quote.

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount including tax.

The balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

If full payment is not received within this period, the privatization will be automatically canceled without the possibility of a refund of the deposit.

3. Rates

Rates are available upon request and vary depending on the services selected, the number of guests, the date, and the duration of the event.

Prices are expressed in euros, including VAT, and may be revised in the event of changes to the initial plan.

In the event of a decrease in the number of participants compared to the initially planned number, no refund or reduction will be required. The rate applied remains the same as stated in the approved quote.

4. Capacity & Hours

The capacity of the Jardin Secret is set at 45 people seated and 80 people standing (cocktail).

Any exceeding the authorized number may result in immediate cancellation of the event, without refund, for safety and compliance reasons.

The venue availability times are defined upon signing the contract.

Any additional hours will be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the client:

More than 30 days before the event: the deposit is 100% refunded.

Between 15 and 30 days: 50% of the deposit is retained.

Less than 15 days: the deposit is retained in full.

In the event of cancellation on our part (force majeure only), the full amount paid will be refunded.

6. External Service Providers

The client may use their own service providers (caterer, DJ, photographer, etc.) subject to prior approval by Le Jardin Secret Cannes.

Professional liability insurance may be required from them.

7. Insurance & Damage

The client is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or service providers.

A certificate of event liability insurance may be requested.

An inventory of the premises is carried out before and after the event.

8. Respect for the premises, neighbors, and internal regulations

Le Jardin Secret Cannes is a vibrant venue that respects its environment.

Noise pollution must be controlled. The team reserves the right to lower the volume or interrupt the music in the event of non-compliance.

Pets are not allowed, except in cases expressly approved in advance (service animals in particular).

Alcoholic beverages exceeding 18% are not permitted on site.

It is possible to bring your own bottles (wine, champagne, etc.) subject to prior agreement and the application of a corkage fee (amount specified in the quote).

It is strictly forbidden to bring your own food, consume meals from outside, or picnic on site, without the express prior consent of management.

Children are welcome, under the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
The establishment cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any accidents, injuries, or damage occurring on site.

In the event of non-consumption of the buffet or drinks charged, no refund or recovery of unused items may be claimed.

Alcohol consumption must remain responsible and regulated.

Any violation of these rules may result in the event being interrupted without refund.

9. Use of Images

Le Jardin Secret Cannes reserves the right to use images of the event for communication purposes, unless the client objects in writing.

The venue is under video surveillance for the safety of people and property.

10. Disputes

Any dispute, failing an amicable resolution, will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Grasse.
